Dear Steph, I love you

One of my forms of self-care is writing a love letter to myself.

My dearest Steph,
You are magnificent.
You are lovely and you shine so bright.

I see how you work so hard and diligently all the time, even if you don’t always see it yourself. I’m here to remind you to take a step out of that one moment, that one instance, turn off being present for a hot sec. Take a step back and see the bigger picture.

Your progress and turnover in 1 year is incredible. You quit the job that drained you of passion and filled you with apathy for 2 years. And now you are deep in what was merely a dream back then, having made multiple transformations and rebirths along the way.

I am a full-fledged healer, on the quest to help all people unlock the healing power inside of themselves. And that quest has taken me on my own personal healing journey, unlocking new keys all the time to understand how to heal physical and correlating emotional pain.

I am a writer, and I speak my truth at all times, sharing my opinions even if they defer from the norm and aren’t the popular ones.

You have come a far way, from working a 9–5 job in tech as a software engineer to now being a certified massage therapist and Reiki practitioner. And you are happier, healthier, and more fulfilled than ever.

Each day is a blessing, and I think to myself once or twice a week, “I love my life,” with a beaming smile on my face.

What a gift I have given myself.

Thank you, Steph.
I love you ❤
